Nolet's Silver Gin
Gin for the Next Generation of Gin Drinkers
There is a time and a place for London dry gin (numerous times and places, really), but sometimes you want a change of pace. Nolet's Silver is a floral expression of gin that includes individual macerations of peaches, Turkish roses, and rasberries. Try this in your next Vesper martini. Keep scrolling for a recipe.
A Most Alluring Vesper
- 3 ounces Nolet Silver
- 1 ounce premium vodka (we actually use Smirnoff, which works just fine)
- 1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1 strip of a lemon peel, pith removed
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir for about a minute or until the outside of the glass is nice and frosty. Strain into a chilled martini or coup glass. Twist the lemon peel over the drink until a spritz of lemon oil is released. Float peel rind side up in the glass.
